Solution: Most of the cases the problem is caused by Trend Micro security and anti-virus software, it blocks Revo Uninstaller without asking for permission. The solution is to add Revo Uninstaller to the exceptions list and contact Trend Micro about an update for Revo Uninstaller.

1. Open the Trend Micro Internet Security program.
2. Go to Virus and Spyware Controls.
3. On Prevent Unauthorized Change.
a. Click Exception List.
b. Click Add program and add revouninstaller.exe to the list
c. Add the program as trusted (set its "Response" to "Trust") and in the right part you should see "Company: VS Revo Group , Version 1,8,3,0 etc

4.Confirm with OK so that Revo Uninstaller will not be blocked by Trend Micro Internet Security.
