I used Windows’ Add/Remove Programs to uninstall a program several months ago. Can Revo Uninstaller still find those leftover items so I can delete them?

No, if the application is already uninstalled then Revo Uninstaller will not list it and cannot remove the leftovers. To remove the leftovers you have two options:

1.Reinstall the application and uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller.

2.Manually delete the files and the registry keys related with the application.
