Hunter Mode

This is a special, innovative feature of Revo Uninstaller. With a single click of the mouse, you have the flexibility to uninstall, stop or delete a program, prevent it from loading at startup, or get information about the program. There are two ways to do this:

• Use the Hunter Mode submodule. This involves pointing and clicking on the program icon on the desktop, quick-launch toolbar, system tray or open window.
• Use the Drag and Drop submodule. This involves dragging the program's shortcut icon and dropping it on the fire window.

Why use the Hunter or Drag and Drop Mode The methods give you a fast, easy and comfortable way to manage applications on your computer. This means that you can quickly uninstall, stop, delete or prevent them from loading at startup, even if you do not know all of their names and only see their icons or windows. In addition, you can quickly get information about programs attached to various icons. This information is useful in deciding whether to keep some programs, or to uninstall them in order to speed the startup. Many of the startup applications simply stay in the system tray whether you want them there or not. Why not simply get information about some of them and then uninstall, stop or delete them or stop them from loading at startup? The methods discussed here also save time by making it unnecessary to study a long list of programs in Windows’ Add/Remove Programs and having to go through an (incomplete) uninstallation process using that program. With the present methods, one click will uninstall the program.
